Yoga does not require any particular level of physical fitness, flexibility or strength. No experience necessary. Whether you are new to yoga or an experienced practitioner join us for a session.
Our class size is intentionally small so pre-registration for each session is necessary.
The studio focuses on traditional Hatha yoga taught by certified teachers. Classes include poses / postures known as asanas, breathing and sometimes a short meditation.
